Vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, service providers, and businesses may submit listing details through the website or directly to ColdRoomBazaar.

By submitting business details, the vendor agrees that:

• All provided information is true, accurate, and updated.
• They are responsible for their product quality, pricing, service delivery, warranty, GST details, and business commitments.
• ColdRoomBazaar may verify, edit, approve, reject, publish, or remove listings at its discretion.
• ColdRoomBazaar may use submitted business information, images, logos, catalogues, product details, and descriptions for listing, promotion, lead sharing, and marketing purposes.
• The vendor must not upload copyrighted, misleading, fake, or unauthorised content.

6. Free Listing

ColdRoomBazaar may offer a free listing option for businesses. Submitting a free listing form does not guarantee automatic approval or publication.

ColdRoomBazaar may review, verify, approve, reject, or hold the listing for internal verification. ColdRoomBazaar reserves the right to decide whether a business is suitable for listing on the platform.

7. Verified Lead Sharing

ColdRoomBazaar may provide verified or filtered business enquiries to vendors based on category, location, service area, business type, or subscription plan.

Lead sharing may depend on:

• Business location
• Service area
• Subscription plan
• Lead availability
• Buyer requirement
• Internal verification process

ColdRoomBazaar does not guarantee lead conversion, order confirmation, payment, or buyer response. Vendors must independently verify the buyer, requirement, location, payment terms, project size, and commercial conditions before taking any business decision.

8. Payments and Subscription Plans

ColdRoomBazaar may offer paid plans, lead packages, state-wise plans, zone-wise plans, promotional plans, or trial offers.

Payment terms, plan validity, lead quantity, service area, and benefits will be communicated separately at the time of purchase or onboarding.

Unless clearly mentioned in writing, payments made for listing, lead sharing, promotion, subscription, or service plans may be non-refundable.

ColdRoomBazaar reserves the right to change pricing, plans, offers, and benefits at any time.

9. Trial Offers

ColdRoomBazaar may provide free trial, onboarding support, or promotional access to selected vendors. Trial access does not create any permanent right to receive free leads or services. ColdRoomBazaar may modify, extend, stop, or cancel any trial offer at its discretion.

10. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors and service providers are fully responsible for:

• Product quality
• Service quality
• Pricing
• Quotation
• Delivery
• Installation
• AMC support
• Warranty
• After-sales service
• GST invoice
• Legal compliance
• Payment collection
• Customer communication

ColdRoomBazaar is not responsible for any dispute between buyer and vendor regarding product quality, service delay, payment, warranty, cancellation, refund, damage, or project execution.

11. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:

• Providing correct enquiry details
• Verifying vendor credentials
• Checking product specifications
• Comparing quotations
• Confirming GST, warranty, delivery, installation, and payment terms
• Making payment only after proper verification

ColdRoomBazaar does not guarantee the performance, quality, price, delivery, or commitment of any vendor listed on the platform.

12. Marketplace Role

ColdRoomBazaar acts as a B2B marketplace and lead connection platform. We are not the manufacturer, seller, contractor, installer, service provider, or buyer unless specifically mentioned in writing.

Any transaction, quotation, negotiation, payment, delivery, installation, service, or dispute happens directly between buyer and vendor.

ColdRoomBazaar follows a transparent marketplace model where buyers and vendors deal directly with each other.

13. Content Ownership

All website design, logo, text, graphics, images, layouts, database, software, brand materials, and platform content belong to ColdRoomBazaar / Techno Fitters Pvt. Ltd. or its authorised licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, modify, or misuse any website content without written permission.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
